Amidst a thriving neighborhood of apartments, homes, shops, restaurants, offices and cultural activity is the unique art piece “Blueprints at Addison Circle.” The four-story sculpture reaches 45 feet high, spans 190 feet across and branches out over pedestrians and cars in the Addison Circle roundabout. Designed using the blueprints of other Addison attractions, “Blueprints at Addison Circle” is a monumental tribute to the Town’s commitment to urban development.

Just west of Addison Rd, at the eastern gateway to the big, blue Arapaho Bridge, this .5-mile trail features three large mounds that are perfect for viewing airplanes landing or taking off from Addison Airport.

Between Quorum Dr and the Dallas North Tollway. One of Addison’s newest parks is surrounded by the high-rise office buildings of the Addison Circle District. This 12-acre greenway features a quarter mile lighted hike and bike trail along a meandering creek with waterfalls and beautifully landscaped islands, a creek deck overlook, amphitheater for outdoor performances, as well as a large grotto fountain feature, and esplanade. Vitruvian also serves as a unique venue for social, private and Town sponsored special events.

He has been in corporate real estate (mergers & acquisitions) his entire career (Travelers Real Estate Investment Dept., Bank of America, McNeil Capital, and CEO of Crosson & Dannis Real Estate Strategies) and for the last few years has been with the Division of Resolutions and Receiverships at the FDIC. Mr. Clemens graduated from Albion College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Blake and Jeannie have been married for 17 years and have 2 boys; Collier (22 yrs) and Logan (20 yrs).

Bruce Arfsten has lived in Addison since 2003 and moved to North Texas in 1990 from Oklahoma City. Since 1993, he has been actively selling residential real estate in the Dallas/Fort Worth market including several years in new home sales. He worked in the residential division of Henry S. Miller until its acquisition by Coldwell Banker and is currently with the RE/MAX Premier office in North Dallas. Prior to his real estate career, Bruce spent seven years in hospitality management in Oklahoma and Texas.

Margie graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelors of Arts in Speech and Hearing, from Northwestern University with a Masters of Arts in Speech Pathology and has completed post-graduate studies at Texas Christian University and the University of North Texas. She has been employed in the Texas public schools as a teacher, speech pathologist, counselor and then, administrator.
