Breaking News: Live concert performance by Time Machine!! On Thursday evenings throughout the summer, foodies will find a long line of top-notch food trucks parked at Addison’s new Vitruvian Park. Addison has always been the metroplex leader in food, so come on out to Vitruvian Park to sample some of the amazing "rolling" cuisine--it's taking Addison and DFW by storm! Bring a blanket, pack up your family/friends/dogs/frisbees/soccer balls, pick your food truck fare (or dine from each of them), and then take your picnic out in the Park! It is a FANTASTIC family fun night, and the Vitruvian Park ambiance and food truck cuisine can't be beat! It's Bite Night at Vitruvian!

Mayor Pro Tempore Clemens has lived in Addison for 16 years. He has been in corporate real estate (mergers & acquisitions) his entire career (Travelers Real Estate Investment Dept., Bank of America, McNeil Capital, and CEO of Crosson & Dannis Real Estate Strategies) and for the last few years has been with the Division of Resolutions and Receiverships at the FDIC. Mr. Clemens graduated from Albion College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Blake and Jeannie have been married for 17 years and have 2 boys; Collier (22 yrs) and Logan (20 yrs).

Bruce Arfsten has lived in Addison since 2003 and moved to North Texas in 1990 from Oklahoma City. Since 1993, he has been actively selling residential real estate in the Dallas/Fort Worth market including several years in new home sales. He worked in the residential division of Henry S. Miller until its acquisition by Coldwell Banker and is currently with the RE/MAX Premier office in North Dallas. Prior to his real estate career, Bruce spent seven years in hospitality management in Oklahoma and Texas.

He has been in the banking industry almost his entire career as a Commercial Banker serving mid-market companies in a variety of industries. Chris is currently an Executive Vice President at PlainsCapital Bank.

Margie Gunther has lived in Addison since 2008 after moving to the North Texas area in 1972. Margie graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelors of Arts in Speech and Hearing, from Northwestern University with a Masters of Arts in Speech Pathology and has completed post-graduate studies at Texas Christian University and the University of North Texas. She has been employed in the Texas public schools as a teacher, speech pathologist, counselor and then, administrator.

She was elected to the Addison City Council in May 2012, where she currently serves as the Council Liaison for Economic Development, the World Affairs Council, and the Greater Dallas Regional Chamber.

Neil served in the United States Army Active Duty from 1969 to 1971 as Staff Sergeant and in the National Guard from 1972 to 1975 as First Sergeant. Neil is the owner of Creative Financial Professionals since 1981 and partner in LeeNik Ventures, LLC from 2004 to Present.
