Kaboom Town!® is Addison's most explosive party of the year! The annual mega event features a dazzling 30-minute fireworks show choreographed to music and a live radio simulcast on 100.3 JACK FM and TXA 21. Plus there is great food, live music on the Dos Equis Stage, and the spectacular Air Show featuring the Cavanaugh Flight Museum's vitange historic WWII Warbird Flyover. Fireworks are presented by Time Warner Cable. On Thursday evenings throughout the summer, foodies will find a long line of top-notch food trucks parked at Addison’s new Vitruvian Park. Addison has always been the metroplex leader in food, so come on out to Vitruvian Park to sample some of the amazing "rolling" cuisine--it's taking Addison and DFW by storm! Bring a blanket, pack up your family/friends/dogs/frisbees/soccer balls, pick your food truck fare (or dine from each of them), and then take your picnic out in the Park! It is a FANTASTIC family fun night, and the Vitruvian Park ambiance and food truck cuisine can't be beat! It's Bite Night at Vitruvian!

In our youth, scary stories told around the campfire always began, "It was a dark and stormy night..." and left many of us shivering in our boots, scooting closer to our loved ones, and reaching for some comfort food and s'mores. Relive those moments by coming out for Fright Nites at Vitruvian as professional ghost storytellers Gene and Peggy Helmick-Richardson serves up some seriously chilling tales! This outdoor event will be held at the Oak Tree Overlook at Vitruvian Park, and several food trucks will be on hand to dish out comfort food that will soothe even the faintest of hearts. Or, please feel free to bring a picnic and your favorite beverages! This FREE ghost storytelling event is child-friendly and open to all ages. Food Truck food is available for purchase. Miller until its acquisition by Coldwell Banker and is currently with the RE/MAX Premier office in North Dallas.
